About Neil Sisson
Founder, Hypercharge
I have run my own businesses for 16 years, and somewhere along the way I became the bottleneck in every one of them. Not because I was lazy, the opposite. Every lead, every quote, every follow-up, every "quick question" ran through me. I was answering emails at midnight and calling it work ethic.
With the release of the sovereign agentic agent Openclaw in January 2026, I saw an opportunity to do something about it. I built myself a team of AI employees, not chatbots, employees with names and jobs. One runs my mornings and briefs me over coffee. One writes. One researches. One runs my outreach. They work while I sleep, and nothing they do reaches a customer until I have tapped approve. The first time I woke up to a finished day's work waiting for a yes, I understood something: the ceiling on my business was never the market. It was the hours in my day.
Why I started Hypercharge
Since January 2026, I have spent north of 2,000 hours completely immersed in agentic AI, exploring what is possible at the cross section of productivity, systems and artificial intelligence.
Hypercharge is an application command console for fractional execs, founders and operators who need clarity and control. With the great power of having multiple agents running 24/7 comes a myriad of conversation threads, lost context and wasteful token maxxing. Agents are fast, and it is very easy to fall into the trap of creating a brand new firehose that is trying to drown your productivity.
So at Hypercharge I am building an application that is free to use and open sourced, as well as offering Done-With-You and Done-For-You agentic AI workflow creation.
I have fine-tuned a stack of the best apps that work locally to empower anyone with a laptop and a dream, and all of it is free if you want to set it up yourself.
For anyone who wants more support, we have paid AI chief of staff options to build and run teams of AI employees for owner-operators who have become the bottleneck in their own business.
I build in public, sharing the wins, the numbers and the faceplants, because the fastest way to earn trust in a noisy market is to show the actual work. Everything I recommend in these guides, I run in my own business first.
The podcast
I host Tokens and Coffee, a podcast all about the tokenization of intelligence and money, today and into the future. My guests and I explore what the future might look like through the lens of their experience, in an insatiable quest to imagine what is coming.
