Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11 July 2026
This policy explains how Hypercharge ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit gethypercharge.com (the "site") or get in touch with us. We are committed to handling your data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018.
Who we are
Hypercharge builds and runs teams of AI employees for owner-operated businesses. For the purposes of data protection law, Hypercharge is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, contact us at privacy@gethypercharge.com.
What data we collect
- Information you give us. When you complete our "Get started" enquiry form, we collect the details you provide: the type of business you run, your team size, your main time-sink, your indicative budget, your name and your work email address.
- Booking information. If you book an audit call, your booking is handled through our scheduling provider and we receive the details you submit.
- Usage and analytics data. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site. Clarity may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, approximate location (from your IP address), device and browser type, and anonymised session interactions (for example heatmaps and session replays). This helps us improve the site.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical information such as IP address and request data for security and reliability.
How we use your data and our legal basis
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange an audit (legal basis: to take steps at your request prior to entering a contract, and our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries).
- To provide and improve the site through analytics (legal basis: your consent where required, and our legitimate interests in understanding and improving our website).
- To keep the site secure and working (legal basis: our legitimate interests in the security and integrity of our systems).
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and our business, including: our hosting and deployment provider (Vercel), our website analytics provider (Microsoft Clarity), our messaging and scheduling tools used to receive enquiries and arrange calls. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements. Some providers may process data outside the EEA; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses Microsoft Clarity, which sets cookies and collects usage data as described above. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of many analytics technologies at the browser level. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site work. If we introduce a cookie consent banner, your choices there will govern non-essential analytics.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and contact data for as long as needed to respond to you and, where relevant, to manage our business relationship, after which we delete or anonymise it. Analytics data is retained in line with Microsoft Clarity's retention periods.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@gethypercharge.com. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission (DPC) at dataprotection.ie.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
